We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last year or so. It is a great budget hotel! It has also been a lifesaver when we have traveled with our pup and needed somewhere to stay. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The rooms have, for the most part, been nice, clean, and comfortable. Wi-Fi has always worked. Occasionally, we have encountered people lingering in the parking lot and at an adjacent property, but we have never felt unsafe. We will stay here again if needed.
Spotless convenient location. Great bed and mattress.. large room.. great staff.. great value .. Will stay again on my trips to Florida and will recommend it to all I know
Not really sure why all the bad reviews? It's a gentleman that checked me in was super nice.The room was very very clean. I needed a place right off the highway, that would take my animals, as this was my halfway point and it was perfect. Slept great, and now we're back on the road again.
If yall did anything right putting ,the Beautiful Spirited Ms.Calandria at front desk was superb. Her vibrant energy is something is needed in all hotels. Been awhile since I had great service. She had me already pulled up and was expeditiously prepared to get me to my room. Whatever it takes to keep her around please do it she's a lifesaver in my eyes to your establishment

The location is great. It is right off the highway and near restaurants and stores. The staff was super friendly!! My room had a roach and hair in the shower. The beds were comfortable. The towels were average. I got in very late and my paperwork was ready for me upon arrival. I preregistered. Overall, I would still utilize this facility.
Staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for a couple extra towels and they felt warm and fresh out of the dryer! The bathroom was clean and the room was comfy. Microwave and mini fridge were clean. The A/C was very old and crusty but it worked! I did not use the ice machine or vending machines. I was a little disappointed that there was no elevator to the 2nd floor. Breakfast was a "grab and go" with limited drinks and just yogurt and fruit cups. Fortunately there was a wonderful Waffle House right next door! The hotel building was a bit older but I felt the rooms were updated nicely. I was pleased with the cost.
Great staff that welcomed me as I arrived. They made me check the room before checking in which was great. The room itself was very clean and had everything I'd expect. The location is perfect as it is right off exit 16 with tons of breakfast and diner places right nearby. If that isn't your thing there is a Walmart on a few minutes distance. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would go back if I was in the area again. It's a great value for money.
